Nyquil/3rd trimstr: Nyquil contains an antihistamine which will slow down the symptoms of a simple "cold".  Consult your ob provider to make certain there are no reasons which might prevent its use in your 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Drugs.Com defines category c as “animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks.” thus discuss with your ob/physician to determine if benefits outweigh risks.

Yes, but...: The uterus can rotate to the right & impact blood flow back to the heart from compression of the vena cava. Probably the best position for sleep in the 3rd trimester is on the left side in fetal position. That maximizes blood flow to the placenta which is how the baby gets nourishment.
