Notify urologist: Some urinary bleeding is not unusual and is not worrisome if it's light and clots don't interfere with urination. Drinking lots of fluids is helpful in this regard. Avoid aspirin or antiinflammatories like Aleve,Advil which can increase bleeding tendency. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is ok. However if bleeding persists,becomes heavy and there are large clots, you must notify your urologist.

how long should i bleed bright red after urethral lithotripsy?  i had a 1 cm calcium stone broken up and removed and a stent placed yesterday. drinking a full glass of water after each urination but the bleeding is bright red still.

Post bleeding: Heavy bleeding would be unusual and concerning after that procedure although mild amounts of blood in urine could occur for days. Notify your urologist of this bleeding and get advice.

Sore throat: Stop irritating your throat.  If the pain does not get better on its own, see your doctor.  You might have an infection.

Bumps: Those bumps are likely salivary cysts and may grow a little big and "pop" and you will never feel them again.

Friction.: Depends on the amount of friction you have, then yes.  If friction is a problem, lubricant could be helpful.  If it continues without the act.  See a doctor it could also be a urinary tract infection which is not uncommon for your age group.

Don't worry: Be assured that a normal pap smear 3 mo ago is very reassuring. Many women can have some uterine cramping or mild spotting after intercourse, due to contact with the cervix. In younger women, the skin on the cervix is very delicate and can bleed quite easily. The cramping should ease up soon. You can use a heating pad for comfort, or try some ibuprofen. Spotting between periods is common.

Urination pain, urge: Interstitial cystitis is the most likely explanation, but see your gyn for a clean catch urine specimen and culture.  Inflammation of the urethra will also cause burning and a urinary tract infection will cause pain in mid-pelvis, lower back.

what should i do if i am bleeding out of my urethra (i'm a male)?

See a urologist: Blood from the urethra is never normal and can indicate a serious condition.  It could turn out to be nothing, but it should be evaluated by a specialist to be sure.  At the very least, cystoscopy (look in urethra/bladder with skinny scope) should be done.
