Right bundle branch: We share similar EKGs and I have no heart poblems.  According to a recent article in the European Heart Jounal the prevalence of RBBB that is normal variant is 4 percent for men and 2 percent for women.  RBBB does develop in people with lung problems, especially with COPD or Pulmonary embolus. It can develop in some people who have other processes that effect conduction.

Not really: Rt bbb is a common ekg finding and it may occur in some medical conditions.But it is also common in some people with normal heart
it occurs in conditionsthat effect the right ventricle or the lungs.If you are otherwise healthy and no other symptoms and your doctor gave you clean chit, than you do not need to stress over it every day.

An : An isolated right bundle branch block can occur in people with no other heart disease, and may never worsen or cause you any trouble. Nothing needs to be done now. Isolated rbbb rarely progresses to complete heart block (rbbb and lbbb), but depending on other health conditions this is possible. Just be sure to let your doctor know if you develop anything like chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or fainting.

No: But there are conditions that can both cause a heart murmur and a rbbb (for example, pulmonic stenosis or  an atrial or ventricular septal defect).

Conduction system : Right bundle branch block refers to a change in the electrical conduction system of heart. Can be related to stretching of the heart muscle or minor damage to that area of heart. As isolated finding it is not uncommon and doesn’t indicate any increased cardiac risk by itself.ECG read as borderline because other findings in addition to RBB might merit investigation if they appear on subsequent ECGs

BBB: ECG QT interval prolongation can be a concern with azithromycin,the bundle block adds to the measured QT interval ,however  the more relevant measure is the JT interval that ECG machines don't record/measure,consult locally with the prescribing physician.Also don't delay antibiosis with out the prescriber being aware.

Usually none: In general, right bundle branch block as opposed to left bundle branch block is benign. If blockage occurs in other parts of the heart conducting system, a pacemaker may be needed, but this rarely occurs with isolated right bundle branch block.

Nothing: There is no treatment for this.  It is caused by a delay in the electrical system of your heart.  Usually it just happens, but it can be caused by a previous heart attack, so you should ask your doctor about that.  If it just happened, no heart attack, don't worry too much.  It won't really affect you very much.

If conduction through the right bundle is slowed or blocked the parts of the heart it serves will contract late, seen as widening of the electrocardiographic qrs-wave. Unless the remainder of the conduction system fails, it usually isn't a problem.
