Missing data: How long ago was the surgery ? Is the kid home or hospitalized ? Any fever ? Have you called the treating surgeon ? There is too much missing info here to be precise but it doesn't sound normal, You need to call the treating doc.

Serious condition: This requires more or ouch evaluation. You could have a partial bowel obstruction due to previous abdominal surgery but in all likelihood, this is not directly related to the appendectomy. It sounds as of you may have a malabsorption syndrome or possible disease effecting the bile duct, pancreas or gallbladder. Discuss with your primary care physician or gastroenterologist.

Post-appendix : There are rarely symptoms after removal of the appendix. Likely something else is going on. If a little bit of appendix was left behind, you can get appendicitis again, but it does not cause changes in the urine. The CRP suggests that some kind of inflammation is present. 

Have your checked with your doctor? A cat scan of the abdomen might show where the problem lies.

Time to go to er : I am not sure what exactly you are asking about, having listed out several different problems that need further explanation.  Best place to do this is in the ER, especially since you are post-op with a possible fever.

: Rarely some oozed blood can travel down the layers of the abdominal wall toward the dependent areas like penis and scrotum. It should absorb i n a a week or so after turning greenish yellow. If it increases or doe not absorb pl let your surgeon know. you can use local heat for a few days.

Not usually: Penile pain after an appendectomy is not common.  If you had a Foley catheter during the procedure, you may have some irritation from that .  A urinary tract infection is also a possibility.  I would recommend a visit with your doctor for a urinalysis.

: The greenish color in stool is the breakdown product of the bile when it has not been in the gut long enough to go through a change to yellowish or brown. It is normal. Some digested material will take on a darker tint than others ; the germs in the gut will also impact the final product. I'd ignore the whole issue.

i am a month after laproscopic appendix surgery and i still have excessive winds that only go away in the baby yoga position. when i press my abdomen in the lower right, i still feel pain in my lower abdomen, is that normal?

: It takes 4-6 weeks to heal from surgery. If you are not better by then see your surgeon again.  Hope you feel better.
