Veins in Palms?: Veins near skin; arteries deeper. Subcutaneous fat around veins tends to mask vein color. With less subcutaneous fat &amp; especially more use of muscles (thus more blood flow to muscles &amp; back through veins). the veins become easier to see &amp; somewhat larger. Skin capillaries dilate to remove heat applied to skin, thus ↑ed flow veins. Your observations are c/w what would be expected, in general.

Depends: This could be so many things.  It sounds harmless and could be a lymph node or calcified nodule.  If its larger than a pea, immobile, red or painful you should see your doctor.

Venous valves: Those bumps in your axilla (underarm) sound like they may be venous valves. It is difficult to know without seeing a picture of them. If you are concerned, see your doctor, and he/she would be able to examine you and answer your question.

Not bad: The ultrasound findings are not bad.  In fact, ultrasound is user dependent meaning that the findings you describe might not even be seen by others.  If you have persistent symptoms, ask your doctor about ordering a ct.

Lumps?: If you can clearly feel one or more lumps in either breast, see your doctor soon for an exam. If not, be patient until your period starts, and then check for lumps a few days later.

: Of course, the penis can be injured! Penile Mondor's disease is superficial thrombophlebitis of the dorsal vein. It usually occurs following vigorous sexual activity, but it's rare. Because it's clotted, the vein should be hard &amp; non-compressible with some redness and pain over it. If no pain or inflammation, you might just have big veins from hydration and hot weather. Otherwise, see a urologist.

Leg ulcer: You could have a venous drainage problem or a superficial venous thrombosis responsible for the problem.

Yes: This is the usual method that blood clots are demonstrated, whether they be deep thromboses or superficial thromboses.

: What was the indication of CT of the abdomen in the first place?  If EUS and FNA are negative, pancreatic cancer is almost ruled out and I wonder what the FNA finding was. If you have history of chronic pancreatitis, it could be a case of mass-forming chronic pancreatitis, usually present in the pancreatic head. Good luck.
