Ana report is normal , colordopler of both limb is normal all major veins & arteries shows normal flow still i have ulcer above ankel is it vasculitis?

Leg ulcer: You could have a venous drainage problem or a superficial venous thrombosis responsible for the problem.

Yes: Ulcers on legs/ankles has multiple cause not just venous insufficiency or major arterial blockage. Other causes includes vasculitis, trauma, recurrent or chronic infection , cancer and others . I would suggest checking with a wound specialist who can order blood test and probably perform a biopsy if this ulcer is chronic or has been there for more than 6 weeks.
