i have severe headache with pain behind my eyes n pouches underneath eyes for last 24hrs. feel lethargic n sleepy. bp is normal though i'm hypertensiv?

Sinus : Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache.  Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it.  If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor.  It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye.  High blood-pressure rarely causes pain. You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.  You should check your brother blood-pressure anyways.

Probably : Just the midday blahs but you coir have your thyroid checked. Just tone sure.also do you stop breathing when you sleep at night ? Schedule a break and get up and walk during the time you feel sleepy and it will help .

Fatigue in pregnancy: While extra fatigue and tiredness can certainly be a part of pregnancy, any new changes such as you described need to be evaluated. Please call your care provider today for further evaluation.

Sickness: Excessive sleepiness can be from the sickness itself. The antibiotic can take 24 to 48 hours to start working. She got Dexamethasone injection for what- croup? Or allergy. It will help her feeling better with regards to allergy, cough, swelling, nasal itching. Make sure her nose is not blocked, she drinks enough fluid. See the pediatrician if not better within 48-72 hours.

Blepharoptosis: When your child is sleepy the drooping or ptosis of the upper lid may be present. You should observe the child while awake to see if the child has a droopy lid. If in question, consult your local oculoplastic surgeon.

Thyroid tests: Hi,  There are a things that could be concerning. Do you have any associated weight changes. I would want you to get your thyroid tested. If that comes back normal. Then next concern would be your menstrual cycle regular ?? If not I would check your sex hormones FSH and TSH. Fatigue can be because is anemia, b12 deficiency and vit D defiency. All these labs would help with diagnosis.

Depends on cause: Is this of recent or gradual origin? In either case, your eye doctor can help look at all the variables that has caused you to feel that you're 'sleepy eyes' is not a normal condition. There may be real medical reason behind it, other than cosmetic.
