Depends on cause: Is this of recent or gradual origin? In either case, your eye doctor can help look at all the variables that has caused you to feel that you're 'sleepy eyes' is not a normal condition. There may be real medical reason behind it, other than cosmetic.

Sleepy eyes: What makes the eyes look sleepy? Droopy lids (ptosis), mild swelling of the lids and face, some crusting in the corners of the eyelids.
