Unlikely: Be realistic, as at an age of 23, particularly as a woman, your growth plates have almost certainly closed at this point, making any further growth basically an impossibility.  Ashwaganda has a lot of reported benefits but growth at this age isn't likely to be one of them.

This is where growth occurs and an active open growth plate means more growth.An xray of the hands ; wrists can be evaluated for bone maturity since there are many growth centers to see.Proper diet and exercise help you reach your potential while lack of it can stunt you.Most 18 yo are done.

Bad news.: Sorry. At age 20, you have probably grown about as much as you are going to. Mature adult growth ends at 25 years old, but most of that maturation is after the height growing that has occurred during the teenage years.  This is determined by the genetics you have inherited from your family.

Genetics: the only chance you might have to grow if your body's growth plates have not closed would be to take human growth hormone. At your age I doubt this or anything else will make a difference in your height- if questions, ask an endocrinologist for more input
