You may be done: If you have had your period for more than 2 years, odds are that you are not going to get much taller. Chinese medicine may help a little...But don't be disappointed if it does not. Better is to be content with the perfect you that you are...Even if petite. When you are happy with who you are, then being taller will not be important.

Balanced nutrition: At seventeen your growth centers have little potential for growth but simple measures help the best.Follow a healthy diet, rest and exercise.Meds will not make you grow taller than your genetic potential. If you want to know how much longer you have to grow, an x-ray of your wrist and hand can be analysed for bone maturity. If close to 17.5 you have a little left, if like 14 you have more.

Your height: If you've completed puberty you aren't likely to grow taller. Girls complete puberty by ages 15 to 17 & for boys it is by ages 16 to 17. However, if one enters puberty late, they will usually also complete it late. Our height is largely determined by genetics (our parents' height). If you are healthy (no unusual causes for stunted growth/ smaller stature) then there is not a way to become taller
