Sorry: If you are finished with puberty, your height is what it is meant to be. It is as much part of you as anything else about your body. Learn to embrace the wonderful unique person you are!

Not going to happen: The peak growth rate for humans is about 4-5 in over a year (steady growth). You don't list your age, but if you entered puberty at same time as your friends and are over 17, you are likely as tall as you will ever be.If you were 12 and entering puberty, you might grow this much, but no one does in a month, ever.

The most postive: thing you can do is work on loving yourself at whatever height you are now. Superficial things like that do no bring lasting psychological or spiritual peace. Also, it would be good to attract/be in relationship w/people who like you for the way you treat them and feel about yourself rather than on lesser issues. Stay neat and clean and enjoy life. Peace and good health.

If you are not : sure that you have completed puberty, your doctor can order bone age films, X-rays of your left wrist & hand. If the growth plates of your long bones have not closed completely, you wil grow some more. Since you did not give your age, all I can tell you is most boys reach adult height by 19, some in their 20's.
