Herpes New info!: Heres is contagious where one gets infected. If one is infected ion the  labia or other parts of the perineum than a condom on the male partner will not protect him from her viral shedding. There is not test to tell us where one is contagious unless we know where your sores are at with a break out. 

All sexually active couples should now know their herpes status.  Medication may lower the risk.

In some countries it is far more frequent (particularly in africa).  Female to male transmission is less common than in the other direction.

This : This sounds like an upsetting experience.  Usually a person is held down  (restrained) if there is concern that they may be a harm to self or others. It would be unusual to have six individuals hold a person down if there wasn't  some concern about safety. Sometimes, if a person has overdosed, they might not be able to cooperate with evaluation and testing. Sometimes even if a person is not overtly violent, the staff may take precautionary measures if the persons behavior suggests that they are agitated or have potential to become aggressive.  
 Since i was not present, i can't defend or condemn what happened.  The only reason i could see keeping two male security guards in the room against your sister's wishes was if it was deemed necessary to keep everyone involved safe (including medical staff).  Bruising can occur if a person is combative or if vigourosly restrained. The general rule with psychiatry, is that we try to use the minimal degree of force necessary to safely handle a situation.

Depends.: Some arthopathies affect more men and others more females.  Ra, sle, sjogren's scleroderma, all are more common infemales, but they have some what low heritability than the spondyloarhropathies , which are more common, or severe in males.

If not, it's impossible to judge the cause with only this information; there are too many possibilities. Is there redness, rash or red spots? Skin flaking? If the problem continues, you'll need to see a doctor in person, ideally a dermatologist. Good luck.

: ~20 years ago, CDC estimated one HIV transmission per 2,500 episodes of unprotected vaginal sex with infected women. If there's a 1% chance the woman has HIV, the risk is 1 in 250,000. Actual risk can be a lot higher or lower depending on duration of her infection, HIV treatment, other STI. Regardless of the risk when you had sex, your test results are 100% conclusive.
