Maybe: If you don't keep yourself well hydrated your urine will get darker and darker.  Be sure to drink plenty of fluids when you're taking adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).  Sometimes patients "forget" to drink or eat when they take adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Be conscious of staying hydrated.

i was recently given ceftriaxone (shot), azithromycin (pill) and flagyl (pill) as pre-exposure preventative therapy. is dark urine a side effect?

Nope: None of these drugs is a likely cause of dark urine; no worries there, but contact the doctor or clinic where you were treated. Obviously you were considered at risk for STDs. These drugs will prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and trichomonas, but not viral STDs like HIV,  herpes, hepatitis B, and HPV. Be sure to follow up as directed by the doctor or clinic. i was started on minocycline a couple of days ago. i am since having very dark urine (no blood).  is this a significant side effect?

Unanticipated : Minocycline can rarely cause hemolytic anemia (breakdown of red blood cells) which can in turn cause dark colored urine (hemoglobinuria). Rhabdomyalsis can also cause dark colored urine (myoglobinuria) and this would be even less unlikely from minocycline. Other medications and food additives are considerations. It could still be blood.  Inform your doctor.

Need to see Dr. ASAP: Your symptoms are concerning. Dark urine, pain in the back and fever suggests liver or gallbladder problem. Hepatitis or biliary obstruction from gall stones are 2 common conditions that can cause these symptoms. However there are also other causes. For a precise diagnosis you should see a physician as soon as possible.

Hepatitis C: Decreased immune system and more bilirubin in urine causing dark urine does mean worsening hepatitis. You should see a gastroenterologist for testing. Memory loss could be linked to increase toxin build up from poor liver clearance due to hepatitis c.

Unlikely: Sepsis is a specific medical term meaning you have high heart rate (&gt;90/min), respirations (&gt;20/min), fever and high WBC count. Any 2 of these may be sepsis. Maybe: ...To me color is not that important most  of the time...  However cranberries are  beneficial in preventing urinary tract infections...   So  if  one can get the beneficial effect   without the 
added sugar -  great  ........
