I have been feeling bouts of nausea for the past few weeks with spikes in temp, pain in my back just bellow my ribs on the right side, dark urine!

Need to see Dr. ASAP: Your symptoms are concerning. Dark urine, pain in the back and fever suggests liver or gallbladder problem. Hepatitis or biliary obstruction from gall stones are 2 common conditions that can cause these symptoms. However there are also other causes. For a precise diagnosis you should see a physician as soon as possible.

See doctor: Your symptoms do suggest the presence of a kidney or bladder infection. However the darkness of your urine usually means little more than being dehydrated. Need to see your doctor.
