Hepatitis C: Decreased immune system and more bilirubin in urine causing dark urine does mean worsening hepatitis. You should see a gastroenterologist for testing. Memory loss could be linked to increase toxin build up from poor liver clearance due to hepatitis c.

Unsure: See your doctor and get checked for your hepatitis c. Some symptoms can be from the amount of liver damage (scarring), although you are young for this. Other problems associated with hcv include fatigue, memory loss, and not feeling well, and can occur even if there is no clear liver damage. Discuss your management plan, including when you should be treated for hcv infection.
