Maybe: If you don't keep yourself well hydrated your urine will get darker and darker. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids when you're taking adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Sometimes patients "forget" to drink or eat when they take adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Be conscious of staying hydrated.

Possibly: Stimulant medications like Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can have as a side-effect, difficult urination. As such, it is possible that due to not being able to adequately empty your bladder, you may have developed an infection. It may be that you should have your urine tested by a dr. He or she may also want you to take an antibiotic. First, i would call the one who prescribed the adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Good luck.
