Well. yes.: Rice is a problem for constipation which is incredibly common in Asia for this reason. Enough water, vegetables and multiple sources of fiber would be good. Narcotics, rice, chronic use of cathartics would be bad.

Try to avoid fatty breakfast meats. Keep your proteins lean.
