: If there is no mass or cyst then you do have to worry much about pancreatic punctate calcifications, especially if you have history of chronic pancreatitis. If that is the case, you need to get rid of the risk factors such as alcohol intake, gallstones, pancreatitis-induced medication(s), etc. Stay with a GI doctor and follow his (her) advice. Usually: There are no symptoms of pancreas cancer unless it is large enough to cause bile blockage, intestinal blockage, or pains. Two tiny 6 mm cysts are likely nothing except an incidental radiology finding  get an opinion from a GI specialist or go to a major medical center for specialized endoscopic ultrasound testing, etc.

Is it different pain: having lump in pancreas does not necessarily cause pain unless complicated.
Probably pain is coming from some other abdominal structure, or if pain is getting different in character it might be related to some complications of the lump. Seek you doctor advice please.

Pancreatic lumps: Fatty live may be related but not likely the issue.  Any "lumps" in the pancreas are concerning and should be evaluated.  How was it found and there should be another step to identify what it is.

Complicated: There are three possible entities to which you are referring. Mucinous cystadenoma (benign), mucinous cystadenosarcoma (malignant), and intraductal papillary mucinous tumor (benign or malignant).  All three have certain appearances on imaging studies. They can be treated surgically and if malignant, have a better prognosis than "traditional" pancreatic cancer (adenocarcinoma).

Tail: I have to presume that some study was done to document a cyst at the tail of your pancreas.
Surely your doctor or the doctor who did the study would tell you what that meant.

: It depends on the type of cyst. A simple cyst is of no concern. At the other extreme a cyst in tumor would be serious. All test results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.

Any age: Some cysts are present at birth and some result from inflammation of the pancreas. There are usually no symptoms related to the cyst.
