Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

when i put cow milk in my coffee, i have no problem. however, when i use it with cereals, i have diarrhea the next day. do i have lactose intolerance?

Probably yes: It may be the amount. Usually people use more milk in their cereal than the amount they use in their coffee.

am i caffeine intolerant? every time i drink even a bit of coffee i get limited symptom attacks for hours and feel very sick & nauseous the whole day

It's possible.: there are many people who are intolerant of caffeine. Common symptoms are jitteriness , insomnia, and nausea. If this happens to you, you should simply avoid caffeine. Good luck.

coffee ground "flakes" in my stool. i was tested negative for celiec but starting to wonder if i have an intolorance , what else could these "flakes" b?

GI Bleeding: I am not sure where you got the worry about celiac disease in all of the possible problems this represents.  I would make sure your GI doctor has tested the stool for blood and if necessary scheduled you for an upper endoscopy.

im currently 9 weeks prgnant. is coffee/tea okay during pregnncy? & since i'm lactose intolerant, what can i take for my baby? pls advise.

Decaf and lactofree: You can enjoy your teas and even some coffee, but i would realy stick to decaf as much as possible.  As far as being lactose intolerant (and i know from personal experience), there are many lacotse free products out there now.  You can buy lactose free milk (tastes exactly like regular milk), and can use that to make things like pudding, etc. Also, yogurt is a good addition for more dairy.

rarely have caffeine today i had an iced coffee. i am lactose intolerant and use lactaid. i felt like i drank milk and had diarrhea is it the caffeine?

Either: Could be either, i dont know how much caffeine was in the coffee or the size of the coffee you drank.  I also dont know what dose of lactaid you used and how much milk as in the coffee. Try having the same coffee with a non dairy creamer and see what happens. That could provide a clue to distinguish between the two.

when i drink coffee i get horrible reflux,anxiety,nausea and my face tingles.does that mean i am intolerant to caffeine?

It's possible: All of those signs can be possible indication of sensitivity to caffeine. If the symptoms do not occur with decaf coffee, you have your answer. If they occur with any type of coffee, then you probably just need to avoid coffee in general. Good luck.

Not allergic: Coffee, even decaff, contains organic acids that can be irritating to the gut. Some people ate more sensitive than others. Can also aggravate inflammation of esophagus (esophagitis), stomach (gastritis).  May aggravate other GI issues. See md if ongoing, severe, bleed, fever, weight loss, nighttime symptoms, etc.

The nose knows: The issues may be more dependent upon your sense of smell than his diet. You must be very tolerant to put up with this. Suggest to him he alter his diet, try lactaid or see a doctor.
