GI symptoms.: While I feel a full gastrointestinal work-up is in order based on your description, two general thoughts that should be considered would be (1) malabsorption (which would either be pancreatic or small intestinal), and (2) irritable bowel syndrome. Could also be related to the gallbladder given your intolerance of fried foods.
