Several strucures: Off the top of my head some include...The diaphragm, part of the the small intestine, some areas of the heart and pericardium may be sub sternal in some patients, the lungs, some lymph nodes, part of the descending abdominal aorta, the tail of the pancreas may extend to that area in some patients.

You do!: Alcohol kills brain cells and you have killed quite a few. To preserve the remaining brain cells, quit drinking while you are ahead. Drinking alcohol puts you at risk of liver disease, pancreatitis , accidents, and multiple types of cancer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Most likely: Unless there was injury to your uterus, you likely can conceive. Get your records from the hospitalization and make an appointment to review them with an OB or family practice doc to be sure.

No: If you mean going to bed at 4 to 5 am and getting up at 3 to 4 pm- it does not affect your internal organs.  Most people do not need 11 to 12 hrs of sleep.  You do note pregnancy in the clinical findings so that could add to fatigue, but I would suggest getting evaluated to make sure that there are no other issues.

Possibly: Changes in you nails can indicate internal problems, however more likely causes include fungal infections or vitamin deficiency.   Consider biotin to strengthen the nails.

Trauma: Delayed diagnosis and missed injury with trauma is what drives the current care. Trauma systems perform primary then secondary then close monitoring and follow up to specifically catch missed and delayed presentations of injuries. Your internal organs do NOT have the same nerve sensation as your skin.  Organs have pressure sensors and more rudimentary pain fibers. Be well.

No: You'd be amazed how difficult it is to injure the abdominal organs through the abdominal wall. Discomfort's to be expected if you push on the large intestine. But even people without cast-iron guts can take kicks like this as part of a sport. In the absence of serious underlying pathology, damage just doesn't occur, and if it had, you'd know by now. We're tougher than we're told. Best wishes.
