Most likely: Unless there was injury to your uterus, you likely can conceive. Get your records from the hospitalization and make an appointment to review them with an OB or family practice doc to be sure.

Talk to OB: This question depends on the nature of injuries due to the gunshot wound. The issue of most concern is wether your uterus was damaged by the injury. Naturally any planned pregnancy should be done after you have completely healed from the gunshot wound. Please discuss this with you OB doctor. Good luck!
