: How do you know you are having PVCs? Consider an evaluation with your regular doctor if you are noticing abnormal heart fluttering frequently. After taking a history &amp; physical,  heart rhythm monitoring may be needed to rule out any concerning rhythms.

PVC's,MVP: The answer depends on a number of questions such as your age ,the presence or absence of structural or functional heart disease,biochemical normalcy,ambulatory ECG monitoring findings etc

Possibly: The effect of droxidopa is to increase the adrenalin  (epinephrine) your body produces. Since this is a Heart STIMULANT (raises your Blood Pressure) extra PVCs and PAC's are a possible side effect.

Also..: Pts need to be aware of cold remedies as they can cause this and "natural supplements" especially if they are on them for "energy" or weight loss. Chk with ur dr before taking anything. Avoid energy drinks too. Its important to chk out the heart as well to make sure these things arent unmasking something serious.

There is no evidence: D aspartane is a natural Amino Acid supplement used to boost the production of testosterone in males and is used for that.There is no evidence that it increases pvcs.But if you have history of cardiovascular disease and are taking other cardiac meds check with your cardiologist if you should take this supplement to increase your testosterone level or your medical doctor if you need a boost in test.

can pvcs and pacs be caused by extra adrenalin? got dysautonomia and standing increases adrenalin and hr levels. if it does are they harmful?

Possible: The extra heartbeats and the rapid heartbeat could be related to adrenaline, which may be in response to your dysautonomia. You may need to consider having your physician have you see a cardiologist if he is any question. From what you're telling me this is not anything dangerous. Your physician should help clarify the setting.

No one right answer: This has never been precisely defined to my knowledge. I would say (as a general rule of thumb) if someone has less than 100-200 PVCs in 24 hour period as ascertained by Holter monitoring, that's a low level. You have about 100,000 heart beats in a day.

Trigeminy: While Trigeminy is not normal, it does not necessarily presage problems. There isn't room here to describe the pathophysiology.

dr. prescribed me z-pac.  i have prolapsed mitral valve...with occasional pvcs. does taking this med increase my chances of having a cardiac episode?

The Z Pac: is safe for short term (single course of 5 days)/ This amount/length of therapy should not have any effect on your heart!
