How do you know you are having PVCs? Consider an evaluation with your regular doctor if you are noticing abnormal heart fluttering frequently. After taking a history & physical, heart rhythm monitoring may be needed to rule out any concerning rhythms.

Since you noted increased palpitations after working out would recommend you get an evaluation by a cardiologist including EKG at rest , 72 hour Holter , echocardiogram and stress testing prior to embarking on a work out program.
