Not exactly: The test will reveal if the person a certain type of drug within a certain period of time. A number of different types of pills have different types of opioids but they produce  similar results. It will also depend on what drugs were tested for. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Missed Period: It will show positive when you are pregnant and enough days have passed after the baby is conceived for it to be big enough to have a placenta, chemicals and blood that your body can detect. Usually you test AFTER a period is missed, not before.

You can check a urine pregnancy test  at home if you are concerned at all and have a blood pregnancy test at your doctor's office  to confirm the pregnancy.

Varies: Women can and will occasionally miss a month. In and of itself, there is no real concern. However abnormal discharge is concerning. Urine pregnancy tests while accurate are dependent on the hormone being in the urine, which is variable in the first 1 - 2 mos. You could be pregnant. You could be aborting. You should be checked out by gyn or at least your family doc.

Unlikely pregnant: If all of your urine pregnancy tests have been negative and you're still having regular, albeit lighter, periods, you are not likely to be pregnant so far.  Seeing your doctor is a great idea anyway since you're either trying to get pregnant or aren't taking enough precaution to avoid it.
