Varies: Women can and will occasionally miss a month. In and of itself, there is no real concern. However abnormal discharge is concerning. Urine pregnancy tests while accurate are dependent on the hormone being in the urine, which is variable in the first 1 - 2 mos. You could be pregnant. You could be aborting. You should be checked out by gyn or at least your family doc.
