How far along do i need to be to test positive on a urine pregnancy test at the doctors office?

Pregnancy: If you have regular menstrual cycles, a pregnancy test will be positive soon after your missed period (1-3 days). Some tests may detect things earlier. You can check a urine pregnancy test at home if you are concerned at all and have a blood pregnancy test at your doctor's office to confirm the pregnancy.
