Maybe: Women much heavier conceive & deliver in this country every year without problems. While their are some problems that can arise for both during pregnancy, active prenatal care will minimize problems.

Weight control: Since mom is a perfect weight she can control the child' s weight as well as introducing an exercise program to avoid an overweight condition.

If she doesn't : Over eat she will lose weight with breast feeding.  There is no need to over eat while breast feeding!

Agree with Dr. F.: Your wife could get an IUD, IUD with condoms would be nearly fully effective in preventing pregnancy. If you want to get pregnant, your wife could switch to Lovanox from Warfarin. ive had sinus issues for years, headache, congestion and drainage. could this be causing sleep apnea? im 34 m not over weight. wife says i snore and ive been waking up gasping. i also have pacs, if i did hv sleep apnea could it cause them? thanks?
