It would be ulikely: Good idea to see your doctor on Monday. 
There are quite a few more commoner causes  of pain in the area you describe including esophagitis, GERD, pericarditis and so on. Pericarditis would be associated with fever. 
What mad you think about a lymph node? Do you have enlarged lymph nodes elsewhere?

Low risk: The Oncotype has a chart and gives the risk. Ask your oncology team or navigator for a copy and review the results with them. I'm sure they would love to discuss with you.

: A negative result on a 4th gen combo test at 6-8 weeks after exposure rules out HIV, however, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

Not cause, but: They could be related in some way. The virus that expresses itself as a fever blister can prompt your lymph node to work hard to attack the intrusion (usually an infection) and the effort can cause the node to harden and/or enlarge a bit. Also, it can be two separate problems. In any case, an exam may be wise to treat either or both. Feel better soon!

That is: a question for the ordering physician.  You don't mention of what the MRI was or why.  The numbers relate to the films only as reference and are not clinical indicators.  Talk with the ordering physician.

Watch and wait: There is no need to worry. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

The : The isolated finding of celiac nodes without any other findings is likely not important or indicative of anything in particular. Like anything else, we need more information.....For example...Why did you get the cta? Im assuming as a workup for arterial disease and not cancer. 
In general the images acquired in a ct angiogram are more detailes than usual ct scans, which means that they would likely pick up any other issues such as masses. This should be discussed with the ordering physician however.

Lymph nodes: Enlarged lymph node cervical can if you are fighting an infection, sinusitis etc . The doctor may prescribe an antibiotic and see response if it regressed.
