Polyp not due to IgM: People with igm monoclonal gammopathy don't necessarily develop lymphoma, esp. If the m-spike is small. Options are it remains unchanged for years, it turns into a low-grade lymphoma like waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia or marginal zone lymphoma, it turns into chronic lymphocytic leukemia, or it causes nerve damage (neuropathy). All of these things are treatable with new options emerging rapidly.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. colostrum is a source of immunoglobulins igg iga igm and gamma interferon. so could this affect hiv test? (faulse negative)?  ( or other stds tests?)

No effect at all: There are no medical conditions, drugs, nutrition, or anything else that have any effect on the standard HIV tests in current use world wide. Don't worry about it. If your negative result was done long enough after the last possible exposure (4 weeks for the 4th generation, i.e. Ag/Ab tests), the reslt is conclusive. Same for all STD tests: no interference at all.

Numbness/tingling: I would also order crp, vitamin, B12 level and hba1c to evaluate multiple causes of neuropathy. Vitamin B12 of less than 400 would need rx with non oral supplements.
