Numbness/tingling: I would also order crp, vitamin, B12 level and hba1c to evaluate multiple causes of neuropathy. Vitamin B12 of less than 400 would need rx with non oral supplements.

Sleep test: All of your symptoms may indicated sleep problems that can be life shortening or life threatening. The only way to know if there are serious problems is with an overnight sleep test. I encourage you to seek help.

Is a HSV igm & igg blood test helpful after g herpes exposure 6+months ago? No genital outbreak, other symptoms, but have had mouth cold sores before.
Syphilis EIA igg/igm and HIV 4th gen combo at 10.5 weeks (74 days) post exposure (protected, MSM, but I received mouth to anus unprotected of course). Are both my syphilis and HIV tests conclusive? Or shall I re-test for peace of mind?
