Many possibilities: If you consider yourself to be in good health you most likely could be getting the flu. Flu season is officially underway. If this does not progress in the way you have usually experienced the flu or if your symptoms get worse and you develop additional symptoms that do not coincide with cold or flu then you should get in to see your doctor right away.

Dry mouth: Some people sleep with open mouth at night which can also cause dry mouth. It may be an indication for sleep apnea.

See your physician: Iron can cause G.I. Upset and stomach pain. However, stomach pain could represent an ulcer and ultimately be the source of your anemia. I think you therefore need to return to your physian and have them reevaluate you for the cause of the anemia.

See  your doctor: This is not my field but you should see a general physician or gastroenterologist.  You have several symptoms that should be evaluated.  Even a walk in clinic if you do not have a physician of your own.  It is always easiest to deal with a problem when detected early.

A 48-year-old : with  rectal bleeding, nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness &amp; feeling faint needs immediate medical attention. See your doctor or go to a hospital ER for referral to a gastroenterologist who will perform the necessary procedures &amp; other tests to determine the cause &amp; provide or recommend appropriate medical &amp;/or surgical treatment.  Significant blood  loss can cause dizziness.
