See your doctor: This is not my field but you should see a general physician or gastroenterologist. You have several symptoms that should be evaluated. Even a walk in clinic if you do not have a physician of your own. It is always easiest to deal with a problem when detected early.

Maybe side effects..: What you are describing sounds like some common side effects of otc medicines. Do you take advil (ibuprofen)? This can cause xerostomia (dry mouth). Do you take tylenol (acetaminophen)? This can also cause dry mouth as well as nausea and stomach/digestive issues. Please see your physician to help you manage your meds if you are taking pain killers unsupervised.
