Hi i have nausea, lightheadedness, stabbing stomach pains, general lethargy and unable to concentrate (feel 'foggy'). am anaemic but taking iron.

See your physician: Iron can cause G.I. Upset and stomach pain. However, stomach pain could represent an ulcer and ultimately be the source of your anemia. I think you therefore need to return to your physian and have them reevaluate you for the cause of the anemia.
