Food intolerance?: You may be eating foods to which you're sensitive or intolerant.  Also, many people are sensitive to coffee (often drunk in the morning) -- such that drinking a little causes cramping and a large bowel movement soon after. You can review your food plan carefully, and/or use an elimination diet for a time to discover what, if any, food sensitivities you may have.

IBS: IBS does not cause pain in any specific time. But people get better with bowel movement.

Within normal range: This description is not concerning. However, if you feel uncomfortable, you might consider increasing fiber in your first with bran, psyllium, and whole grains, fruits and vegetables, etc.

Caffeine:  Caffeine  or caffeine has acid that may make heartburn/ GERD worse in some people but also has health benefits ( especially for the liver) - so OK to drink several cups a day  if you tolerate and enjoy!

IBS...: can be rather unpredictable. People with and without IBS tend to have bowel movements in the morning, quite simply because when you wake up in the morning, it is been at least eight hours since you have used the restroom, and the rectum tends to fill up the longer you go without defecating. I would recommend eating a lot of fiber, and if your symptoms persist, talk to your family or GI doctor.

Irritable bowel: Irritable bowel is primarily a disorder of unsynchronized peristalsis. One common cause is dysbiosis. Leaky gut or cellular disruption of mucosal gap junctions is a common factor. Dietary factors can help. Assessing for delayed food allergies which leads to an appropriate elimination diet can help. Probiotics, glyconutrients, digestive enzymes have been shown to improve the problem.

Could be: Many different foods can be a trigger for different people.  You answered your own question so to speak, as since you have noticed a definitive relationship with your bowels and those foods, then they are triggers for you and should be avoided.

i was prescribed bentyl10 mg, twice a day for ibs-c. it has helped me out, but will this csuse me to be more constipated? n can i take morning & night

Should not: If Bentyl (dicyclomine) is helping your IBS-C I would continue it.  It is an antispasmodic that treats underlying IBS and helps both those with constipation and diarrhea.  It should treat the spasm in your colon and not change the long term nature of your intestine.  If it starts to make your constipation worse I would cut it back or stop it.  Taking it twice a day is fairly low does but if it helps continue.

Abdominal pain: This could be a lot of things.  Ibs is more of a diagnosis of exclusion.  Do you have other problems like diarrhea or constipation?  Does the pain awaken you at night?  If it does then it is unlikely it is ibs.  Is the pain relieved by eating?  This would suggest gastritis.  Loose stools with bleeding would suggest more of an inflammatory bowel disease.

any interactions between bentyl and xanax? i only take xanax very rarely, but took 0.5 mg's about 5:30 this morning.now i need a bentyl for ibs flare.

No Interaction: Bentyl is safe to take. it has no CNS effects, so it will not be affected by taking Xanax.
