Abdominal pain: This could be a lot of things. Ibs is more of a diagnosis of exclusion. Do you have other problems like diarrhea or constipation? Does the pain awaken you at night? If it does then it is unlikely it is ibs. Is the pain relieved by eating? This would suggest gastritis. Loose stools with bleeding would suggest more of an inflammatory bowel disease. Good luck.
