IBS...: can be rather unpredictable. People with and without IBS tend to have bowel movements in the morning, quite simply because when you wake up in the morning, it is been at least eight hours since you have used the restroom, and the rectum tends to fill up the longer you go without defecating. I would recommend eating a lot of fiber, and if your symptoms persist, talk to your family or GI doctor.
