Yes: You have a significant fever and are on an immunosuppressive drug.  You may just have a viral infection but you could also have a serious opportunistic or bacterial infection.  You should be checked out immediately.

Upper respiratory: tract infection.  See your doctor for rapid strep test. In the mean time do salt water gargle.

2 weeks ago i was given a zpack to treat bronchitis, now i have had a sore throat for three days along with big bumps on the back of my tongue,normal?

Possibly related: One of the causes of bumps on the tongue and sore throat would be oral thrush or a yeast/fungal infection. This is more likely after antibiotic use when the bacterial flora in the mouth/body is altered. It might also represent an unusual form of drug allergy, or just be normal. I would probably ask my doctor to have a look at them. Good luck!

Dr. can check it out: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep). Some throat lozenges and Tylenol or Motrin can temporarily lessen pain.

Possibly: Occassionally, streph throat can present without  the classic beefy red tonsils, white exudates & large, tender lymph nodes. It happened to me twice - with positive streph test & throat culture.

Options: Three days of sore throat could mean strep A, mono, or just be the reflux.  The reflux can benefit if you avoid caffeine/nicotine/ laying down after meals and take antacid tablets. If you have any fever with this consider having your doc evaluate it.
