Unlikely: At 5 weeks, the wound has mostly healed. It will take a much harder obstacle and strong impact to affect the outcome.  But if you start to note recurrence of nasal obstruction, check with your ENT

Hypersensitivity: To pain like this is because the pain receptors have become exaggerated to input stimulus. The probable explanation is oxidative brain stress through poor diet. Get rid of sugar and sweeteners in all their forms.

Head pain: needs to be evaluated by your doctor.  Pressing a phone against the head for an extended time can produce some pain but there are much more serious possibilities.  You may be dealing w/migraine but your doc will let you know.  Peace and good health.

my meningioma causes a spasm every 2-3 month at night, while sleeping.. since it is on the right side, the left side of my face goes into a spasm. is ?

Shouldn't cross over: Symptoms are not on the opposite side of the body until you pass the neck region, so if you have a right meningioma, the facial symptoms should be on the SAME side. Something is not making sense here, and I recommend you see a neurologist and be re-evaluated as to what really is causing your symptoms. : Would think that your neck is the primary source, with secondary headache.  Have your doctor do an exam, and obtain appropriate imaging, preferentially an MRI of neck.  Other causes of headaches such as giant cell arteritis should be ruled out.  Treating the pain generator should provide palliation.

can using tight eye mask for sleeping cause change in skull/head shape at age above 20?

: Your skull is quite rigid to help protect your brain. An eye mask with an elastic worn a few hours at night is not going to alter the shape of your skull.
