First : First of all let me say that "jagged" teeth are not usually the result of soda drinking.  It sounds as though this is occurring on both upper and lower teeth and may be the result of  a grinding habit.  Any of the methods you mentioned may be the correct one depending on the damage done, but more important is the possible need for a bite guard appliance after the fix to prevent it from happening again.

Various shapes: Teeth can form in various shapes congenitally, but wear patterns can also cause the shapes to become jagged. An evaluation by a dentist or orthodontist can help you to know if the shape of your teeth has occurred from years of wear or a misaligned bite. If this is something you have had all your life, then it is just the natural shape. A dentist can shape them, if you are concerned with it.

i have very small hole connected to black line on my pit of molar its literally very difficult to see without mobile flash...used tooth peak to check but it dont enter deep...is it cavity? sometime experience sensitivity on that teeth.hole isn't dark?

: You've asked so many questions regarding these embrasures. The picks themselves would caused no damage. I you misused them and used frequent, excessive force, there may be a slight contributing factor. Bone loss is the usual cause and I'm confident by this time you have the answer to that question.

i've bleeding gum, so the doctor had my teeth cleaned. however, now it's still bleeding randomly. how long it takes to see the result?

Healing varies: Make sure you are brushing and flossing properly AFTER meals and snacks. You did not say how long it has been since your treatment.  You can also rinse with Hydrogen Peroxide (3% 1:1 with water). If there is no improvement in one week, go back to the dentist to have him\her check your oral hygiene and healing.

Keep It Clean: Keep brushing your mouth and tongue. If it isn't better in a week, see a dentist. You might have a fungal infection

FBC: A full blood count can detect anaemia and various other blood problems. Depending on your medical history, your dentist would like to rule out any systemic problems contributing to your oral health. Your best bet is to discuss this with your dentist.
