Get help: Dont let your concerns get worse and worse, find some adult that you can trust and speak to them. A teacher, school guidance counselor, aunt or uncle, grandparent or even a person you trust on social media. If you think the problems are significance, the speak with a social worker or a psychologist! Please get this off your chest.

Take care of: Yourself. Be a role model for your child. If you have a problem with alcohol, keep it in check. If you have bouts with depression, work with a therapist. This will help you be 'present' for your son and teach him about overcoming problems. Play with him and also teach him to follow rules. How you behave and solve problems will help him learn to do the same.

Depends on bone age: Depends on potential for growth. At the ends of your long bones are physes or growth plates that ccntrol bone growth. If these are closed there is not potential for additional growth. Most females but not all slow down in growth at about 16 years. Bone age, radiograph of hand, can estimate potential for additional growth by looking at physes in the hand and wirst.
