This is usually 16-17 in women, but is sometimes delayed when you enter puberty later than average.A single x-ray of your wrist/hand can be assessed for open growth centers.If open, a balanced nutrition/proper rest and exercise get the most out of what you can do.If closed, you are finished growing.
