Anti-fungal medication: You should see your doctor to verify that this is the source of the infection. Bacteria is a more common cause of super infection of a sebaceous cyst.

Drain it: It is possibly an abscess if it is red, painful, big enough or if you have fevers. The pus inside of it should be drained. You can go to your doctor or the ER to get it drained.

Lump over the spine : The spine has lots of normal lumps, google search spinous processes. More detailed information is needed to address this since there are several things you mention. There are many considerations that come to mind- one thing comes to the forefront,  depression. There are many other possibilities for your symptoms; such as cervical disc disease, vitamin b12 deficiency, Lyme disease. See a doctor

Surgery: The cysts may be hidraadenitis suppuitiva which does not respond well to oral or topical medications. If the condition is significant the best approach is to surgically remove the problem area.

Surgery: Have these surgically removed.  Either a general surgeon or a plastic surgeon can do it.  Be sure you keep your weight under control.  These cysts are more common in folks overweight.

Depends: If this is truly a cyst then sometimes surgically removing it is the best option.  Injecting it with steroids can also help things like this to resolve.  And if this is possibly infected then antibiotics may be necessary.  Having this evaluated in person will be the safest option if it is bothering you.

Maybe antibiotics: Your description sounds like an infection of the glands in your arm pits. If severe, sometimes antibiotics are needed to treat these. In even more severe cases, sometimes these need to be drained surgically.
