i keep getting these painfull knot like bumps in my arm pits. what causes them and how can i get rid of them for good?

Maybe antibiotics: Your description sounds like an infection of the glands in your arm pits. If severe, sometimes antibiotics are needed to treat these. In even more severe cases, sometimes these need to be drained surgically.
