What is fast: tachycardia is a fast heart rate and is defined as a resting heart rate greater than 100.  If your thyroid level is normal, then it is just the way you are.  your doctor will consider if doing anything abot it is indicated or not and that will depend on your needs and values.  In some cases a medicaion called a beta blocker is prescribed because it is helpful  in some patients.

: COVID 19 infection is associated with cardiac and Neurologic symptoms among some patients. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and prolonged cough.  Other causes include pneumonia. As the infection clears, this symptom should also resolve and vital signs return to baseline. If you experience prolonged symptoms, please consider a chest image and follow up with your Physician.

Tachycardia: You always have a fast heart rate?  How often have you measured this?  Do you measure it for a full minute?

Most people have a heart rate between 60-100 at rest.  You may wish to measure yours a bit more before deciding it is time to check again at the doctor.  Your past history sounds good- no concerns there.

If you have a fast heart rate all the time, it would be a good idea to have a check up

im 18 i already got 3 echocardiograms done with bunch of ecgs and heart monitor and they are all normal except there are a bit of pvcs i did all blood tests and mri i still feel fast heart rate when walking and feel dizzy and get brain zaps?

: It appears that your symptoms are likely not related to your heart-assuming you had an episode of symptoms while the heart monitor was in place. You should see a lung doctor to find out if your symptoms are related to your lungs. There are tests that you would need-CT scan of the chest, pulmonary function testing, etc. So, see a pulmonologist. Good luck!

Anxiety: Numbness can occur with panic attacks. However, if you have an arm that is both numb and paralysed which has been worked up with no medical cause, then this might be an issue in which your body is expressing your internal conflicts. It isn't uncommon in this type of situation to be unaware of what your internal struggle is. Ok, this would only be diagnosed if medical causes were ruled out.

Yes and No: The xray and ECG can point to a variety of cardiac conditions, but "weak heart" usually implies something called systolic dysfunction which is usually diagnosed only by an echocardiogram.

: Since you have no obvious structural heart disease and your RBBB is rate related, your longterm prognosis as far as the heart is concerned is good.  In my opinion your symptoms are more anxiety related. I'm sure your cardiologist would agree with me on both counts.
