Can an ekg, chest x-ray, and blood tests tell the doctor whether or not you have a weak heart?

Yes and No: The xray and ECG can point to a variety of cardiac conditions, but "weak heart" usually implies something called systolic dysfunction which is usually diagnosed only by an echocardiogram.
