Yes take something: It depends on what you mean by "all other levels normal". There are not really normal levels, just reference ranges. People can have antibodies that block thyroid hormone and cause all the symptoms of deficiency but some doctors may tell you that nothing is wrong. It is important to find a physician that is knowledgeable in functional thyroid dysfunction to get the proper treatment.

don't know how but my low thyroid went up to tsh .76, i'm on 75mcg of synthroid, is that good. tyvm?

TSH okay: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your TSH level is in the normal range.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i had my thyroid removed 3 months ago, taking 150 micrograms of synthroid, (thyroxine) my  tsh 3 generation came back as 19.4.  is that really high ?

Hypothyroidism: You need to increase the synthroid (thyroxine) dose and repeat the tsh or full thyroid panel within 4 to 6 weeks.

my tsh keeps going up no matter what dose of synthroid (thyroxine) i've had total thyroid and have gained 20lbs in 5 months. what's going on? i'm nervous.

Need higher doses : If you bhave had total thyroidectomy you need replacement with synthroid (thyroxine) and the dose needs to be increased to a level when your TSH come to within normal level
follw your doctors advice and make sure you take the dose daily at the same time.

my tsh was just outside of normal at about 5 and was started on thyroid meds.  synthroid (thyroxine) 50 then upped.to 75.  i terrible and gained a lot of lbs.

Gained weight: Something does not sound correct.
It is hard to understand why Synthroid (thyroxine) upped at 75 is associated with a lot of weight.
Please see your Endocrinologist about this as soon as possible.

Dose adjustment: If all other chemistries are normal only TSH elevation after total thyroidectmy   means you need to adjust dose, of your  synthroid, (thyroxine) speak to your doctor.

Confusing question: It is hard to answer your question.  It sounds like your TSH is normal, but your thyroid is enlarged.  Presumably you were put on synthroid (thyroxine) because of hypothyroidism and a goiter?  The goiter may not shrink.  Perhaps you should see an endocrinologist, or a regular family doctor, and not rely on urgent care.

Won't change much: Hi. Was your thyroid taken out for Graves' disease? If so, your dose is too high, since you have a pretty suppressed TSH. If you are stable on your Synthroid (thyroxine) (on it for at least a couple of months), missing 3 days won't change your TSH appreciably, but the direction it would go in would be UP. Following treatment for Graves' disease, you want a normal TSH, so a dose reduction is indicated.

Hypothyroid: yes.. If you have no thyroid, you need to take thyroid medication daily. Thyroid is like an engine to your body.. If your thyroid is not working or removed , you need to take thyroid medication regularly to maintain optimal levels.
