LINES ON BACK: Cant tell without seeing these, they sound like stretch marks, but with no picture, can't really advise.

i have these lines on my back which look like a cat scratched me -- furthermore-- they are all horizontal and about an inch apart from one another. the lines are raised and are not flat, thus, the appearance is of a scar or thin welt on my back.

Dermatographia: Did you lean against something that pressed into your back and caused these welts. You may have dermatographia. Here's a site to read more about that condition.

i got a burn from the retin a (tretinoin) it looks like a minor but and it peals the grows back as a scar what can i do for this?

Retin-A: Retin-A may cause a retinoid dermatitis and the skin may look red, inflamed and be itchy and peel. This is all quite normal for any retinoid especially during the first few weeks of therapy. You should hold the medication for now and visit a Dermatologist who may assist you in treating the dermatitis.

i had multiple large keratoses burned off at derm. back, torso. left same size dark scars. looks awful.can these scars be lightened/treated?

Bleaching cream: After any procedure, skin may darken, especially if you have darker skin to begin with.  
Sometimes a prescription bleaching cream can help.  Also can lighten slowly over time.

i still have pain from a grade 2 tendon hamstring injury from 4 months ago, is this due to the buildup of scar tissue and how to get back to 100%?

: Not sure exactly what you are asking but any tendon tear heals with scar tissue.  You are probably still growing and muscles will only become tighter. You need to have a structured program. Physical therapist can be very helpful. Might be something you will need to do for rest of life  especially if active in sports.  I personally can relate to having tight hamstring muscles

i had a severe flxr tendon/mdn nerve injury 6 weeks ago - zone iv. 80% rom already with scar looking better however evry morning scar stiffens back up, hurts! when will the scar permanently soften up?

Generally the scar -: Tissue reduces by 6 months time after the injury/surgery. 
So continue to work on the range of motion exercises, so that the pain decreases and rom increases.

Keloid: Provided its not infected you may have a keloid which is likely a genetic trait of scar formation.

i cut off a hypertrophic scar on my knee. i know i shouldn't have but will it grow back as a hypertrophic scar? i've always grown normal scars after injury. i am hispanic and i heard keloid scars are more likely if i am, but i've never grown one befo?

High risk to recur: A hypertrophic knee scar is likely to return without proper scar care or treatment.  An extensor surface like a knee with a genetic propensity towards hypertrophic scars is a difficult combination.  Proper surgical excision with postoperative silicone sheeting and intralesional steroid injections is a good treatment plan.

i have scar on eyelid n face due to injury 6 yr back. how it can be cured? any treatment of hypopigment is there?will mark removal cream help?

Hard to say: What to do with this without seeing it. Obviously if it is bothersome to you something should be done, the function of the involved area needs to be evaluated also.  Best to see an oculoplastic specialist.
