?Prolapse?Hemorrhoid: Your anus might be squeezing some prolapse (pushed out) rectal wall lining. Another, and more painful could be prolapsed hemorroid. Thirdly cound be anal skin tag associated with anal fissure (Split in anal skin). You could try soothing rectal suppositories for immediate relief, but suggest you consult with proctologist to deal with the problem. Good Luck

Peels: This may be a non infectious rash. I recommend consulting a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Any appropriate testing will be done.

Penis problem: There are several entities which could cause the swelling of skin after trauma. Some of those are types of hives which result from pressure, however they are transient intend to go away pretty fast without much itching. If you have continued problem with this you're going to have to photograph the skin as it develops its problem and then show that picture to your dermatologist.

Std: If you are sexually active, it can be an STD.  If you are not sexually active, then it could be a urinary tract infection. See your primary care provider for assistance.

It can be fungus: It can be a fungal infection, but without seen and culturing, it's difficult to say. Check with your obstetrician and stop suffering, get  a proper treatment!
