i have fludied in my ear my doctor gave me meds and then i went to a ear nose and thoat doctor and he told me to stop taking it. what should i do?

Fluid in ears: Usually fluid in your ears is not treated unless it is there for an extended amount of time. You did not state what medications you were given but usually they are not too helpful. I would listen to the ENT who you consuslted.

Yes: It's one thing to have swollen tonsils, but if you're in pain, definitely call an ent.

i went to an ear nose and throat doctor on friday had my ears cleaned still have ringing in my ear? is this normal? it was done by micro suction?

: I am glad you saw ENT doctor, and I think they talked to you about ringing in the ear being due to many things including the fact that some medications may even cause it. I mean cleaning the ears does not mean anything to the symptoms if the cause of it, like affectation of the nerves or the inner ear problem, is not appropriately addressed.

today i notice a lump behind my ear it's firm and round it don't hurt?

Maybe a lymph node: This firm, round lump may be a lymph node, showing that your immune system is trying to do its job.  Not unusual to have such  lymph node swelling when you have a strep throat.  If concerned, contact your doctor and let him/her examine you again.

my right ear felt blocked and itchy so i went to see a doctor who told me to continue the wax softening ear drops i bought at the pharmacy & gave me allergex. i used the drops for 4 days but my ear still feel blocked and my right side throat itches.

: The Eustachian tubes are a thin tube connecting your middle ear with the back of the throat. It allows mucus made by the walls of the middle ear to drain out &amp; air from the throat to move in, equalizing the air pressure on the ear drum. The popping occurs when a partly collapsed tube lets air enter. It is not a disease &amp; often increases in allergy season. It is not TMJ.

: If you can produce these sounds by jaw motions they could be from the TMJ. Since you don't complain of.much discomfort, Since you're also experiencing other discomfort, I think it's worthwhile to consult an oral surgeon for diagnosis and advice at this time.

Depends: In order to treat ear pain, a proper diagnosis must be made.  Common causes include ear infections, TMJ syndrome, or referred pain from the mouth, neck or throat.  A thorough ENT exam is essential. Treatment is then based on the cause.
